We loved the warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival. The hotel staff were so helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to several 'must see' sites and within walking distance of other attractions. The breakfast provided was great and gave us a good start to our day. the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were excellent. We were impressed with the level of service provided by the staff.

The hotel had a great location, as it was near to the Jemma El Fna square, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant atmosphere of the city. we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was right next door to El Badii palace, giving us the opportunity to visit this historical site without having to travel far. The proximity to two or three major historical sites made it convenient for us to explore the rich history of the city on foot.
The variety of breakfast options was quite limited, with only a few types of bread and tea/coffee served each morning.

Exceptional experience at a tranquil, cool oasis near tourist attractions. Helpful, kind staff provided advice on taxis, sights, restaurants, and souks. Luxurious rooms and common areas. Delicious breakfast. Would love to return.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The service was top notch, with the friendly and helpful staff always there to assist me with anything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated within the city walls in a quaint and charming narrow alleyway. It gave me a true sense of being immersed in the local culture.
